Clarity Wellness & Yoga – Cancellation & Refunds

 

Classes, workshops, special events and treatments are covered by this policy.  All are referred to below as 'events'.  Payments to Clarity Wellness & Yoga indicate agreement with these terms so please read the information below before making your purchase.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sometimes life doesn’t go according to plan and you find you can’t attend an event.  If this is the case and you need to cancel a booking, please let me know as soon as you can by emailing claire.clarityyoga@gmail.com

Please be aware that I am charged for each card payment refund and bank transaction so if you are eligible for a refund, I would be grateful if you could consider transferring your booking to a future event as an alternative

Online Events – Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full payment is required at time of booking

  • Cancellations with a request for refund are accepted up to 90 minutes before the start time of the online event.  As spaces on events are difficult to fill at short notice, I am unable to issue a refund if you cancel within 90 minutes.

  • If you have paid using a credit from a class pass and need to cancel, please contact me at least 90 minutes before the event starts and I will cancel the booking and return the credit to your pass.

  • If you have paid using a credit or debit card and are happy to transfer your booking to future online event, please contact me at least 90 minutes before the event starts and I will transfer the booking for you.

  • If you have paid using a credit or debit card and would like the payment refunded to your card, please contact me at least 90 minutes before the event starts and I will arrange for a refund.

In-Person Events – Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full payment is required at time of booking

  • Cancellations with a request for refund are accepted up to 48 hours before the start time of the in-person event.  As spaces on events are difficult to fill at short notice, I am unable to issue a refund if you cancel within 48 hours.

  • If you have paid using a credit or debit card and are happy to transfer your booking to future in-person event, please contact me at least 48 hours before the event starts and I will transfer the booking for you.

  • If you have paid using a credit or debit card and would like the payment refunded to your card, please contact me at least 48 hours before the in-person event starts and I will arrange for a refund.

  • If you have purchased multiple events as a block, please note that I am unable to offer a refund or a partial refund if you attend some but not all of the events in the block.

  • If you have purchased multiple events as a block and find that you are unable to attend any of the events then please contact me at least 48 hours of the start time of the first event and I will either arrange for a refund of your payment or transfer your booking to a future block

 

Cancellation of Events or Changes of Events made by Clarity Wellness & Yoga

  • In the unlikely circumstance that Clarity Wellness & Yoga have to cancel an event, a full refund of your payment will be given.  Please note that I can only refund the face value of the event and I cannot be held responsible for any additional fees or costs that you have incurred.

  • Clarity Wellness & Yoga will use best endeavours to contact purchasers either by phone or email, using the details provided at time of purchase.

  • If an event is moved from its advertised date and/or venue including taking the event online, places already purchased will remain valid if the customer wish to attend the revised event.  If the customer does not wish to attend the revised event, Clarity Wellness & Yoga will refund the monies they have paid for the event.

Goods

  • If goods are damaged or faulty on the date received, please email claire.clarityyoga@gmail.com as soon as possible and I will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund to the value at no further cost to you.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the goods for any reason and wish to cancel your purchase, please notify me by emailing claire.clarityyoga@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving the goods.  I am happy to issue a refund for unused goods within 30 days of notification provided that the unused goods have been safely returned to me within this period.  I am unable to arrange collection of goods so please note that the responsibility for safe return lies with you, the customer.

  • Please note that if goods returned are faulty then I am happy to refund the cost of the product and the shipping charge that you have incurred.  If the goods are not faulty, I can only refund the cost of the product.

Changes to this policy

Clarity Wellness & Yoga reserve the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time.  Changes and clarifications will take immediate effect upon being posted on the website.  If material changes to this policy are made, we will notify you here that is has been updated.
