Claire's Online Classes
I've been teaching and attending online classes since 2020 and I love the convenience and benefits that it brings. Practice at home or away, with friends or family who live far apart, or on your own in the comfort of your home. No travelling or forgetting your kit, just roll out your mat and join in.
My online classes are small with a regular following so if you stick with us, you'll feel that you are part of a group that are really passionate about yoga. Come and give it a try.
Online Yoga
Monday Online Yoga
7-8pm
Feeling down and lacking in energy? Looking to release tension and move more easily? Join me every week for this class which combines a somatic approach to yoga postures with traditional breathing and meditation practices.
The Monday online class follows the same themes as my Skelsmergh in-person classes so each month (4 week block) we'll be exploring a different theme

Online Nidra
Monday Monthly Online Yoga Nidra
7-8pm
Set yourself up for the month ahead with a super relaxing session of somatic yoga followed by a Yoga Nidra. This online class usually runs on the first Monday of each month. We'll start off with some tension releasing yoga, all on the mat - no standing, and you can then nestle and settle however you like for a guided deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra). Suitable for anyone seeking a nourishing, meditative practice.

Online Yoga
Thursday Online Seasonal Yoga
7-8pm
I love practicing according to the seasons of the year so come and join me for this special class which blends Yoga with Qigong style movements to help energise the body.
Each season (Spring, Early Summer, Summer, Late Summer, Autumn, and Winter) we focus on areas of the body linked with two energy meridians. Expect some tapping, slapping, and self massage. This is one of my favourite practices and favourite classes to teach.
