Join us for two special sessions this December with a festive theme. The first week will be 'Yoga Survival Tools for the Festive Season' and we'll be exploring asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and hand mudras (energy seals) which energise for when you need an extra boost and others than can help you to relax and de-stress. The second week will be 'Relaxing Candlelit Yoga' where we'll have a nourishing somatic yoga practice followed by meditation to music and we'll end with a yoga nidra (guided deep relaxation). You can book single sessions (£10) or both sessions (£17.50)
Holistic Tai Chi Qigong

Relax and de-stress with gentle holistic Tai Chi Qigong. Each week, we will explore the 18 movements of Shibashi set 1 but in a way which is suitable for all ages and abilities including those who may chose to sit for all or some of the session

Each session is split into two parts. The first part is instructional and will always cover the basic stances so you can join the class any week . The second part will take you through Shibashi Set 1 with music and you follow along. No equipment required, just wear comfy clothes and flat soled shoes

This style of holistic Tai Chi Qigong is slow and meditative and a great way to relax
