Relax and de-stress with gentle holistic tai chi Qigong. Each week, we will explore the 18 movements of Shibashi set 1 but in a way which is suitable for all ages and abilities including those who may chose to sit for all or some of the session

Each session is split into two parts. The first part is instructional and will always cover the basic stances so you can join the class any week . The second part will take you through Shibashi Set 1 with music and you follow along. No equipment required, just wear comfy clothes and flat soled shoes

This style of holistic Tai Chi Qigong is slow and meditative and a great way to relax

Are you looking for a yoga class that focuses on physical and mental well-being? These weekly yoga sessions are designed to help you release tension, encourage you to move in ways that nourish your body, and help you to find a sense of calm. I blend traditional hatha yoga practices with somatic style and qigong inspired movements and each session finishes with a simple guided relaxation or a yoga nidra (deep meditative relaxation). Small friendly class in a lovely community hall with free parking on-site
