Feeling tense and need to unwind? Want to move with ease and feel balanced?
Join me every Wednesday at Skelsmergh Community Hall for an inspired combination of practices to help you feel good. This class combines a somatic approach to yoga postures with traditional breathing and meditation practices. Each month (4 week block) we will be exploring a different theme appropriate to the season. Our theme for November is 'Yoga for Joints & Winter Health'
Holistic Tai Chi Qigong

Relax and de-stress with gentle holistic Tai Chi Qigong. Each week, we will explore the 18 movements of Shibashi set 1 but in a way which is suitable for all ages and abilities including those who may chose to sit for all or some of the session

Each session is split into two parts. The first part is instructional and will always cover the basic stances so you can join the class any week . The second part will take you through Shibashi Set 1 with music and you follow along. No equipment required, just wear comfy clothes and flat soled shoes

This style of holistic Tai Chi Qigong is slow and meditative and a great way to relax
