Weekly yoga finishes for summer at end of June
Come along for a mix of yoga practices to bring us into early summer. We'll be flowing with some simple slow salutations and stretching out to stimulate our fascia. This is a 6-week block which runs mid-May to mid-June. Weekly yoga classes at Skelsmergh will then be taking a break for summer but look out for some special one-off sessions in July & August

Holistic Tai Chi Qigong

Relax and de-stress with gentle holistic tai chi Qigong. Each week, we will explore the 18 movements of Shibashi set 1 but in a way which is suitable for all ages and abilities including those who may chose to sit for all or some of the session

Each session is split into two parts. The first part is instructional and will always cover the basic stances so you can join the class any week . The second part will take you through Shibashi Set 1 with music and you follow along. No equipment required, just wear comfy clothes and flat soled shoes

This style of holistic Tai Chi Qigong is slow and meditative and a great way to relax
